Flower Delivery

Flower delivery in cities throughout the country and within 2 km from the city center, delivery is charged with the transportation costs.

In case the distance exceeds 2km the “external costs” of * 5,00 € are added for distances up to 5 km and 10,00 € for distances up to 10 km with deviation error estimate of 10%.

In case of a large deviation your shipment, it will be delivered again (in order not to expose yourselves), the difference is subtracted from the value of the flowers, if delivery is again impossible from the network, because of the longer distance – the difference or any other reason, then you will be informed for this problem and the money will be returned to your account.

ATTENTION

Depending on the season, but also to the availability of specific flowers from the florist, delivery of some of them may deviate slightly. It is advisable to choose your preferred compositions to be composed mainly with seasonal flowers. In any case, the composition will be close to 100% of the image that you see, without this affecting the cost of shipping.

CLARIFICATIONS

None of our partner florists is performing delivery, without coming into contact with the recipient via telephone; in case of no contact the delivery will be conducted at the next time or even the time after that. In case of a wrong number, responsibility is assumed automatically assumed for late delivery or for delivery to the wrong person. Deliveries are conducted at the same day for shipments up to 19.00 PM. After 19:00 deliveries can be conducted on occasion either the same day or the next.To confirm delivery of your shipment, you will be contacted via e-mail.
